Thanks everybody for the support!  I figured out how to post roll so I did that today.  Day 3 is definitely going easier than day 2 did.  You guys are awesome!
Zach, I see that you posted roll, but you got "bumped". Just for the record go back and post again.
Nevermind, I see that the problem has fixed itself. Keep on Quittin' On.

Welcome to the June group. I'm on day 7. Once you get past the first few days, you're through the worst of it. Message me if you need anything and post roll daily. These guys are right, this is an awesome support system!

Currently at 1 day and 12 1/2 hours into my quit.  This is my second attempt at quitting and it will be my last.  I didn't know about you guys the first time I tried quitting and I promise to not let you guys down.
Zach,
Here are the basics....
1) This is a zero nicotine site, so you cannot use patches, nic gum, cigs, lozenges, etc. Hopefully you already knew that and have also flushed all your chew.
2) Go to the salmon colored "Welcome Center" tab above and learn how to Post Roll. You will be in the June '14 quit group. You must post roll every single morning. It is a sacred promise to yourself and to us who are here to support you that you stay quit. One day at a time (ODAAT)
3) Start reading your ass off on this site. Read every thread you can. Read the HOF speeches from guys that have hit 100 days. Read the Words of Wisdom section.
4) Reach out to your fellow June quitters and start posting messages on your intro. Build your network, get numbers from other folks. These will be your lifelines when you have bad craves or are enduring "the big suck" which you are about to embark on.

Above all, Post Roll every single day. It is the price of admission to this club. We are all here to support you in your quit. The next step is up to you. I quit with you today.

Hey Zack !!! Welcome to the best place on earth to QUIT. I celebrated 200 days of being Nicotine Free today. I did not see that you posted roll yet. Go to the WELCOME CENTER at the top left of your screen. Learn how to "Post Roll" and DO IT..... It is the Cornerstone of everything that we do here. Don't hesitate to call on me for a back-up plan. I will be quit with you all day today.
Zach, you have to do this,^^^^^^^ you have to do it now!

It's not about wanting or hoping to quit. Its about making a decision to being quit one day at a time (ODAAT)! The first few days are hard, but you will do it. PM if you need help.

You've just made the best choice of your life. I know it isn't fun, but get ready to kick some serious ass. WANT to quit, hate the nicotine for what it's doing to you, and remember it, remember why you can never go back. We are all in this with you, and we're all willing to help you out any time.

There is NO attempt, NO Luck, NO Hope. There is only 110% Bad ass attitude to quit. If you want to quit for you and nobody else, this site will work for you. Make the daily promise to NOT use nicotine in any form by Posting Roll every damn day. If you have it, flush it NOW. DO NOT TAKE ONE LAST DIP!!!!! You are among friends here who all suffer from the same addiction. It's not a habit, it's an addiction. Once you get that through your head, you will be on the road to QUIT. The first few days will be filled with SUCK and it will temp you. Drink a ton of water, get some exercise, go for a walk, eat some candy. Atomic Fireballs are my new addiction!!!!! If you are feeling the urge, get on this site and don't leave till the urge goes away. I spend a crap load of hours on KTC during my first few days. We take this ONE DAY AT A TIME (ODAAT). Worry about today only. Quitting with you today. WELCOME TO FREEDOM
