Holy smokes has day one been a rollercoaster. Emotions have been very high today and at the same time very low. As I approach the first full day of being Cope free, I have this thought in my head, have been wanting to quit have had many reasons to and now is my chance to break myself of the habit and be done with it for good.

Hope you have thrown all of your Cope and spitters away by now. Hang on for the ride. Quitting won't be easy but is DAMN WELL WORTH IT!!!!! 30 year Cope user here almost 1 year FREE!!! You can do this one day at a time
