My name is Ryan and I am addicted to snus. I have used chewing tobacco for over 3 years. My doctor told me on Halloween of 2011 that after I was rushed to the hospital for heart palpitations from 17 years of smoking that every time I smoke I can run the risk of a heart attack. So 11/1/14 I started on snus and have used chewing tobacco ever since. My main choice is snus but dip a little bit of everything I can get my hands on. Long story short I am an addict and a slave to nicotine. I want to be free of the nicotine. I have 3 pieces of mint camel snus left I am planning on chewing and getting on the wagon. I know I'm am helpless and have quit numerous with short success on my own. I am here to get support from the quit alumni. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Hi Ryan.

Why not dump those pieces of poison and quit with us right now? What is so special about having the last 3? We'll help you do this...

How we quit here is very simple. You will go to the your quit group, which is April 2015 and you will post up a Day 1 in the New Quitters section the moment you dump your stuff. Details on how to do this can also be found in the Welcome Center. Your post, which you should do as soon as you get out of bed for the day, is your promise not to use nicotine in any form. One you get through that day, you move on to the next day. Today is your Day 1 if you threw away your cans.

Quit on.
