Way to go CB. I'm on day 2 and am feeling the jitters but am going to stick with it, one day at a time. Proud to quit with you man.

I see you posted roll. Very, very nice. Focus on one day at a time and the days add up. Read, read, read. You can count on me if you need anything. Just a PM will get that started.

Thanks guys. i have done a few 3-6 month quits in the past but now i know I have failed in the pass and i'm here for help. Almost time to go home from work..... Need to keep pushing on and stay focused. i know i can accomplish chores without nic.. During my few 3-6 month quits i have gotten massive migrain headaches. Not looking forward to that. But i am tired of dry mouth in the morning a $144 a month habit and worrying that my gums are disappearing and my teeth will fall out.
AND I hate the dentist as is. There is Sugar in chew and its packed in my mouth all day. I do not want to have a cavity filled.....
Or even worse like have your jaw fall out and your tongue disappear!!

Hey CB – congratulations on your QUIT! The first three days nicotine is leaving your system and it can be intense. Stay close to this site and READ everything. HOF speeches, words of wisdom, and hop into chat (upper right corner) if you need help or just want to chat. You’ll find some good people in there and here that are willing to walk through flames to support you. Get a couple numbers from your November brothers, text to touch bases and break the ice. Accountaility and support are what we’re all about here, make it work and make this the ONLY time you EVER have to go through days 1-3 again. PM me if you need anything.

I guess a brief back ground will do. Started smoking when i was 15. quit smoking when i met my fiance at age 21. Fiance left at age 23. Smoked two packs after she left decided smoking was to rough and started the chew. I am 26 now will be 27 in October and been chewing for the past 3 years.
I switched to pouches awhile back because my gums are receding pretty bad.
Well I just had my last two pouches yesterday morning. Today I am Nic free and I posted roll.
