You posted your intro 6 hours ago and haven't posted roll.

You either want this or you don't.
Sorry, I've been consumed by kids, haircut  work all while trying to figure out how to do so.
Check your inbox...

I'm sure more than just me have attempted to make contact.

I'm willing to help in any way I can, personally, but man if you're going to do this, you've got to dive in and do it. It's got to be the priority. Trust me... If you let this slip and don't take it seriously, it will never work.
You have been the only one too pm, posted roll will continue again first in morning.
Booooom!

Hello All, I've been lurking around this sight and have read up on a lot of stories and as much inspiration it has given I have finally decided to want to take back my life and be nicotine free.
I have 2 awesome children  and a lovely wife that hates the filthy habit that I have swaddled for so long. I'm out of excuses and out the of urge to even want to try  justify it any longer.

Like many others that have shared there stories on here I myself suffer from anxiety and a little depression as well making it my number one reason from quitting. I've programmed my mind into believing that something as harmful as nicotine can do so much good for stress and or anxiety.
I look forward to meeting people who are alike during this so I can feel I have a stand against this and am not alone.
Congrats on the quit and welcome to the BROTHERHOOD.
We got your back when the Nic Bitch returns to take you... And she will
Listen to what the veterans have to say on here, get involved and post roll every day.
This site can be a helpful resource if you let it be.
Hang tight, you can do this, I quit with you today.

Step 1: Whatever you have at home, in the garage, at work, in your vehicle, flush it down the toilet. Then rinse out the cans so you can't scrape them. Then throw the cans away.

Step 2: Throw away any nicotine gum, losenges, patches, or any other source of nicotine.

Step 3: Post Roll in the July pre-HOF Quit Group. You can find it here. July signifies the month that you will be 100 days quit, which is a milestone celebrated at KTC. You will find directions for posting Roll in the thread. If you don't do it right, someone will fix it. The only way to screw up roll is to not participate.

Step 4: Post Roll first thing in the morning every single day. Posting Roll is your promise to everyone in your quit group, and the entire KTC community that you will nit use nicotine in any form that whole day. Make the same promise the next day, and every next day after. We quit one day at a time, for the whole day. Then we quit tomorrow.

Step 5: Exchange digits with other members of your quit group, so you can contact them, and they can contact you. That keeps you accountable, and helps you keep others accountable.

Step 6: Drink lots of water, and cranberry juice. Flush the nicotine out. Also, load up on gum, or hard candy, or sunflower seeds, or fake dip, or whatever you need to so your mouth keeps busy. I still chew a lot of gum (not nic gum) every day after 68 days quit.

Step 7: Stay here, and read a lot of stuff, and get to know people in your quit group. This is your support system.

I'm proud to be quit with you today.

Hey Outfitter....(great name) Seriously...I named my son Hunter!

Im gonna hit ya hard.
You suffer with anxiety a little depression and a Bucket full of Addiction!
How is addiction (nicotine) going to help the others.
It would be like saying I'm gonna use my depression to fight my anxiety.

You are not alone bud.
I and thousands of others have gone through the same temporary storms.
Most of us were children starting our addiction.
We believed in the lie that it would make things better. (BS)
Learn to take care of you....without poison.
Go seek even medical help or counseling to face difficult issues in life.
And let that be the way you train your children to handle there issues growing up.
Its time to break these chains.
We will help you quit.
Post roll early every morning.
Nicotine never helped you.
It has only tried to kill you.
I quit with you.
You are not alone if your posting Roll.
