I finally decided to kick the habit last night at 11pm, i dumped my tin out in the grass, and threw it in the garbage. Ive been dipping for about 5 years, and i got to the point where ive had enough. Always worrying about cancer, or sores in my mouth. I was up to about a tin a day, and pretty much always had a chew in. Replaces one chew right away with another, My bottom gums have really hurt lately, so ive been dipping up top,which was another thing that made me realize its time to stop. I woke up this morning and went to class, than bought some sunflower seeds, gum, and beef jerkey chew, and im going good so far. I started getting cravings right after this, so i sat down on my laptop, and just started googling oral cancer, i figured if i look at some of the gross pics, the last thing ill want is to dip, and it worked pretty good, and i found this site, talked to some guys, and im ready to quit!
