Thank you to KTC quitters for helping me reach 10 Days Quit. There have been awful days as well as good days, but no matter what day, they all have been quit days.

I congratulate all of you on protecting your quit, those nearing HOF, and those who have earned HOF status and beyond. I continue to quit with you 1 day at a time.

Well done in reaching double digits. I'm not that far ahead of you, will post up 75 days tomorrow. In my little bit of experience, my recommendation to you is to continue reading and posting on KTC - trust me, it will continue to strengthen your quit.

Nicely done - in a blink that 10 will be 20.

Thank you both! Feeling better already as I approach Day 6. Chowing seeds, sucking down water/coffee. Every time I get a crave, I go directly to this site. If I cannot go to site, I remember the pictures and the stories. I have been trying to enter the "chat" section, but my iPad does not load the page. Does the chat section use flash? If not, is there another way in vs the link I always see on the right near the top?

Just found this site. Friday 9/30/11 was quit day. Just joined January 2012 group.
