^^^ Great advice right up there! I can't say it any better than that. Welcome to KTC and thanks for sharing your intro. Like PKY said, the more involved in this site you are the stronger your Quit will be. Post roll everyday but also get to know your fellow Quitters.

I can't defiantly say my main reason for Quitting was because I didn't get much of a buzz anymore. Dipping had become a nuisance, something I did just to put out the flames of withdrawal most of the time. Quitting wasn't easy but it is so worth it.

Proud to Quit with you today
Just one and you will be back where you started.
And where you started was desperately wishing
you were where you are right now.

Welcome! Glad you decided to join us here.

What you're going to face will not be easy. There is a reason that so many people fail. This site provides a path to success and access to a ton of tools and information that will help along the journey.

These tools are free, accessible and laying around all over this site. It's up to you to reach down and pick them up.

Roll is the most important. Roll means you cannot and will not fail today. Make that promise and keep it, do it again tomorrow. This intro is another great step. Everytime you post here, you put yourself out there more; you're digging in and making it tougher to fail. Get to know your quit brothers and others on this site. When you connect with people it will be that much harder to let them down.

It's all here, my man. Up to you to take full advantage. Dig deep and focus on what's directly ahead of you. You eat an elephant one bite at a time and you quit one day at a time.

Let me know if I can help.

Intro - tcroady78

Well I've been told by some that I need to post an intro so here goes. I picked up the habit of dipping at age 15. It has always been a BIG part of my life. Pretty much my crutch even when I didn't need it to be. I am now 39 years old with 3 sons and a wife of 14 years. Honestly I have never wanted to quit until the past several months. Started looking at this site back in February after a buddy told me about it. Been looking around from the sidelines for a couple of months. I really don't think dip has even been enjoyable the past 6 months. I have made a commitment to quit along with the rest in the july group. I look forward to getting through this with the rest of you. Here's to staying quit!

As of this post, I have had no nicotine in over 48 hours for the first time in 24 years. Going to stay with the program!
