This would be your FIRST quit (first was a stop), and since you haven't been back since the 5th I'm guessing quitting is too hard for you. Prove me wrong and post roll.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Buck, I took the time to look up (difficult to control and often noisy). Now get ur butt over to the June, 2015 Pre HOF group where a whole crew of new quit brothers awaits. Post roll each and every day and listen to the men and women going through the same thing.

24 hours into my second quit. Stopped many years ago but used the excuse of a separation/divorce to start again. Now it's time to quit for good. I've been edgy and feel disembodied; probably not a great day to deal with the obstreperous public whilst fulfilling my role as a sales associate for my part-time job.....
Welcome to the great world of quit! As Pab hit already, this site is filled with tons of bad ass quitters. The first 24 was by far the worst for me. Just have to keep it in the front of your mind that it gets better day by day. I'm not sure if you're familiar but here at KTC we quit one day at a time (odaat). By posting your name on your groups roll you're promising yourself and them that you will not use any nicotine for 24 hours. To some it may seem trivial at first but believe me brother, it means the world to us quitters. With it comes brotherhood and accountability. Your quit will grow as does your interaction with this site and your fellow quitters.

As far as the irritability goes the biggest thing is to get on here and post. We can handle your rants. In fact, many embrace them. Other than that take breaks, walk it off, deep breaths, etc. Just know that you're not alone and it will pass. What worked best for me was an aggressive gym regimen that just so happened to stick. Quitting can have a positive domino effect on the rest of your life. Now get your name on that roll asap and solidify that quit!!
