Simple. But not easy.
Always remember you are an addict. There is no one.

Nicely done to see the trigger, conquer it and continue your quit.

Proud to be quit with you

This is the best decision you've made in the last 15 years Keith. Stick with it and post every day!

Quote from: RadmanWelcome, Keith. Gather some contacts and get comfy. There is awesome support on this site and it's yours for the asking. Drop a PM to anybody here and you'll find they are willing to help you.

Just remember: when you put your name on that roll, you've made a promise to everyone here. If you're a man of your word, nic is off the table for 24 hours.
Welcome, Keith. Congratulations on taking your life back. Strap in for the wild ride and know that we are all proof that this does work. Three simple rules that you will hear over and over:
1 No nicotine in any form
2 Post roll 1st thing every day
3 keep your word

One more for a bonus: get involved and get some phone numbers. You got this!

Quote from: RoadKing0224Hello, My name is Keith, and today is Day 1 with my quit!Ã,  This is not going to be easy, but nobody said all good things come easy!Ã,  I've been chewing for the past 15 years, and averaged about one can a day for the past few years.Ã,  I'm tired of spending $100 a month on this crap!

I look forward to meeting new people on this site, and I know I'll need the help and support from not only my Family, but from as many people on this site!!
Nice job, Keith! Welcome to the site and welcome to freedom.

Your Day 1 post is your promise that you will not use nicotine in any form today. We'll hold you to your word! Repeat the process tomorrow and keep going. We quit one day at a time.

There's a lot of good information on the KillTheCan.org page. Use the above link. Information is power when it comes to giving nic the boot.

If you need to talk, send me a PM ASAP.

Your freedom and your life is worth the fight. You're on your way . . . .
