Made it through yesterday OK. Think I probably still have an oil leak, but no nicotine.

This is just day 2 - my first day 2 here. No big deal yet. Just heading out into cold garage to do valve cover gaskets. Could get ugly out there. Nothing in the house, so that should help. I somehow got hooked this summer playing golf and trying to cut down on cigars. Didn't take long for an old guy like me to pick up a new habit.
welcome, good place to be to quit the nic. Read up on all things on the site. It all helps, plus register for the forums and join the May 2011 group. This is where accountability comes into play. Post roll every morning, that tells your group that you are joining them in the daily battle against nicotene. Do it again the next day. Takes 3.2 minutes at most.

Welcome!
