Hello everyone, my name is Logan. I'm new to the site, but just like everyone else I'm here with a purpose. I started using smokeless tobacco when i was 16 years old. Since then, I have been going through a average of a can a day. But I want to change that. I have a wife, and a son whose life I wanna be involved in as long as possible, and by continuing down the road im on with dipping im taking a risk of not being there for them. So i have set a date, 2/3/16, in which i will kick the can. I need help from all the veterans here. How did you guys do it? What methods did you use? What can I do to stay on the straight and narrow? Can you feel a difference since you've quit?
