1. What happened?

I joined this site to quit dipping and I have not dipped for 121 days now. To quit dipping was my goal and I have accomplished that. However, I went to Kuwait, bought some cuban cigars and smoked a couple.

2. Why did it happen?

I made a conscience decision to buy the cigars and smoke them. I smoked one in Kuwait in March and one the other day. I came back to the site as I could tell I was thinking about dipping and I knew that if I kept posting roll I wouldn't use anything.

3. What are you going to do differently this time?

Stay dip free which was my original goal and post roll everyday
Hold it...you said stay dip free...is it just dip then?

Are you addicted to nicotine?
In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11

My name is Rick and I am currently on day 2 and realized I never introduced myself.  I am 42 years old and have been chewing about 30 years.  Always Copenhagen snuff.  I once stopped for over a year and started again.  I am retired from the USAF after 20 years.  I chewed everyday except for basic training and the year I stopped.  I have been trying to find a reason to quit for the last couple of months.  I am actually sick of chewing.  Well, I found this website and I now have a reason to quit!  My new brothers!  It feels a lot like the military.

I pledge.....I QUIT!
Man, you have all you need right here to stay quit. Let me know if I can help. 24 yrs Copenhagen and Skoal.
Glad you're here Rick. This shit works. Embrace the suck, post roll and keep your word. I've been nic free for 12 days. I can't freaking believe it. Something about not quitting alone is very powerful.

Rick, I quit with you today.
Never quit the motherfucking quit.
