You need to change your mindset and learn to hate chew and nicotine!
It has controlled you for 20+ years, poisoning your body and now it is trying to convince you that you love it, and that you are better off doing it.
This is last quit, there can only be one winner out of this fight, the other doesn't survive.

So here I am after 20 years of chewing. I have to admit I really do love the stuff, but I know it is past time for me to quit. I've read quite a bit here on the intros page, lots of similar stories. I too work in an industry where chewing is everywhere. I'm on day 10 and keep expecting it to get easier, but hasn't happened yet. Thanks for reading.
