Welcome my brother! Use this site! Use all the resources you will find here, use the vets around here and listen to their advice. Use your brothers in your quit group. All these things are invaluable during your quit, especially early on. You CAN do this. Just focus on today! Proud to be quit with you!

Welcome and stay quit. Today is all that matters.........worry about tomorrow when it comes. Promise yourself that today you will not USE.

I am 38 yrs old and started dipping when I was 14 playing baseball. I use a can every couple of days (copenhagen and skoal). Just bought 6 cans of the Hooch herbal snuff and have made it all day without the real stuff.
Welcome Jman,

Do what ever you have to do to stay quit! You can do this! Go on over to April '11 and post roll call. Do this every morning. Read everything on this site. Focus on quitting one day at a time, dont worry about tomorrow.

PM me if you have any more questions.

Stay quit!
