You guys have all been great. Thanks for all the support and encouragement. I have certainly learned something new and plan to utilize that to help others. I also plan to post in July again now and forever.

BTW, my original quit group was April 2010. I let them down but still receive encouragement from some of the members who are still active.

Bottom line...you're still quit. Keep posting roll and being successful.
Quit with you.

Steelers, I am glad that you are still quit and are accepted into an earlier group to post roll. Is that your original quit group? Anyhow, I could also use less drama in the July 14 quit group. But I will keep posting roll there because I believe it helps my quit. I wish you the best.

There are a lot of groups that you can get involved with. At the bottom of each quit group you see "support from bad ass quitters" or something to that extent. I have been posting in the August roll for the last 10 days or so. I have adopted a couple of their members there just like some folks have adopted me. I have sent them my phone number and I make sure that they know I am part of their support circle.

See KTC is a lot more than just posting roll EDD, it is a pivotal part of the KTC system, but there is more. When you get involved with others, and you take a personal interest in their quit, like someone did for you, then you start to see the true underpinnings of the system. I know that there are days I couldn't have made it through without someone's digits, and I know that there are people who have texted me in the same situation. See, KTC is about building a support system. Now that you have a support system in place, and you are getting more confident in your quit, it is time for you to reach out and help support someone in August or soon September that you can reach out too. KTC is all about networking and succeeding from that network. I suggest, as I have, to find another group to post with so that you can strengthen not only your own quit, but also the quit of someone else. It is a million times harder to cave when you know that you are going to be letting someone besides yourself down.

Just some advice, I'm not a vet by any means, but the networking has sure made life much better for me.

THansen posted, "When I joined KTC 31 days ago, I thought the 100 day mark, HOF, was the finish line, the grand prize of my quit. Make it to 100 days, write a fancy, inspiring speech and muddle around the site a bit. Man was I wrong! Early in our quits posting roll EDD and making contacts may seem a bit monotonous, boring and repetitive if you will. But it's absolutely the key for beating this bitch of an addiction.

"I sit here 31 days quit and realize, I like posting roll EDD! I like reading what other people are going through in their quits! I like offering some help and encouragement to a brother or sister who's struggling. Just like we all brush our teeth in the morning, EDD for the rest of our lives. We need to post roll EDD for the rest of our lives. Otherwise who are we accountable to? We risk failure EDD that we spend away from this place. I quit w/you. Show July how to quit and be that rock for first time quitters."

Even though your football team dresses like retarted honey bees sometimes YOU are still a badass quitter, and I quit with you today and hope your quarterback doesn't try to hump my lag.
LOL, I assume that is support :D
I am still trying to figure out what "retarted honey" looks like, a google search generated a variety of results that were not black or yellow, much less black  yellow.

This article explains the honey be reference. Makes you DIZZY looking at them!

You just had to find them didn't you? I think these are the 2nd most ugly uniforms ever. The Packers have these beat though....I will see if I can find the throwbacks they wore a few years ago.
