Nice work sully. If your quit seems easy enjoy it, if your quit seems hard enjoy that. Either way you have what it takes to remain free and you have a heckuva committed group going through it with you.

You can do this Sully. Plenty of folks have done it before. Hell if MedStudent can figure out how to get through two weeks...I'm sure you can too.

Welcome aboard bro. Good quitting with you. You too MS.

Boo-ya Sullyman! Congrats on making the commitment to better yourself. Make sure you read everything in the "Welcome Center" link at the top of the page, especially the "What to expect" part. It's pretty much dead on, especially about the first 3 days.

Brace yourself - things are about to get rough, but you can do it, and it's definitely worth it.

Congratulations on making the decision. We are all in this together and together we can quit one day by day or minute by minute, depending on the day.

Today's the Day
« on: July 05, 2011, 08:59:00 PM »
New to the site, New to quitting. But today is the day. Been using Red Seal wintergreen about 1-2 cans every other day, for bout 10 years. Im sick of always wondering how much is in my can, where the closest gas station is. Ready to get on with my life without a can in my back pocket.
