Well I am nearing in on the 100 day mark the craves are getting a whole lot easier to say go fuck yourself ,but I know you guys have heard this alot it is all done ONE DAY AT A TIME. I am so glad I joined this site I have become addicted to it if you don't believe me just ask sportsfan my wife is always going on to him that I am on here all the time,but it works for me.

Hey Sportsfan...have you asked his wife is she would prefer that he continues to dip and spend money while shortening his life?

Keep in mind that day 100 is just like any other day, some of the hardest days for many are the post 100 days, as some people start to drop off the radar (some will be people you valued and trusted); you will fill somewhat abandoned, you will get weird cravings you may even question if you still need KTC.

Push on forward...PS we ought to get you guys a HOF license plate frame that you can put on one of the engines in the bay.

Well I hit day 80 yesterday my football team is out of it the playoffs I guess it is time to move on to college basketball which Kentucky is my favorite team and I catch a lot of shit about that . If they wasn't giving me shit they would be giving someone else shit . I am killing this nic bitch ONE DAY AT A TIME.

You might like a dog shit football team and a dog shit college bball team, but at least you ain't putting dog shit in your mouth anymore. So you're okay in my book.

Well I made it through Thanksgiving and Christmas with no chew for the first time in 16 years but guess what I am making it everyday because I remember it is done one day at a time . I get on here read intros , chat , or I text guys in my group to just talk to them. I love getting on here just to see how some of the other guys are doing in there quit and if I can help them with there quit by just saying a few words it makes my quit just a little bit stronger each day. 'Finger' nic bitch I quit one day at a time.

Well I am halfway to the HOF I am loving it there is no letting up I have to just keep pushing on my days have been pretty easy the last few . I have to stay strong because I know there is days that are going to be hard to get through but if I stay strong make friends talk to them on my days that will be hard for me I will make it and for everyone remember you only get there one day at a time.

He'll yes Dave ! Halfway there... Dude, it seriously seems like yesterday. Of course, my last 50 probably went a lot faster than yours!! Keep the faith. There will be some challenges, but the next 50 should be better. Mostly because you have acquired a taste for freedom!

Well I am on dav 43 of my quit I have had some days that have suck big donkey balls also I have some really good days that make up for the bad days , but you know what I continue to push on in my quit one day at a time. Some of the things that help me out with my quit is just getting on here and reading some of the HOF letters or here lately I have been checking out the chat room. I have also been chatting with people on text in a group that is fun just helping others out with there quit and seeing some of the crazy things that are in the text messages . You have just got to get on this Rough road adventure get some friends and have some fun with them because believe it or not just seeing some crazy text message can help you in your quit.

It was pretty cool I was in chat room talking to some guys a new guy had came in the chat room . That was nervous about quitting ,and we talked to him he dumped his chew and went posted roll after that. I just think it is so neat how this whole site works to help you with your quit. Just seeing that tonight made my quit a little stronger
