So great choice, let me know if I can assist you in your quit!

It will kill you slowly and ruin your life. Nicotine is the enemy. It wants you to stay addicted, die slowly, and to take your money. Do not let the nicotine back in. It does nothin for you.

Congrats on a great decision to quit. I quit with you today.

Understood, yes I have been reading a lot. Had my eyes opened a few times, sobered me up a few times.
I dipped a lot of Grizzly in my time. You are wise to quit while you are 18. I was too stupid to quit then. You have a PM with my numbe heading your way. Text/call and stay in touch--do whatever it takes to keep nicotine out of your system. Period.

We are glad that your here Alex. Lets get something straight right now though. Biting your nails is a habit, dipping is not. Dipping is an addiction and you need to learn all you can about it if you wanna beat this thing. Read, read, read, all you can on the site. The wisdom to quit lies within. You bring the balls. First few days are rough, but you can do this if you want to. I quit with you today.

What's up guys, my name is Alex and this is my first day of roll call and first full day being nicotine free. I am eighteen, and ironically the age it becomes legal is the age I plan to discontinue my habit. I've been dipping since about fourteen, it began in the locker room. I feel angry and determined, fuck this habit's effect on my wallet, mouth, and confidence. It's nice to have found a community which I believe will provide support. My dip of choice was Grizzly wintergreen. Gave my last tin away yesterday and took my first role today. Glad to be here guys
