Thanks for the words of encouragement boys....yes, Day 3 was a hard one, but I overcame the urges and cravings....went for a hike last night and lost myself in nature for a while....that was nice....you know what else is nice, not being a slave to the nicotine....I am realizing just how bad it controls me, no one controls me....fucking nicotine has some balls I tell you....Goodnight y'all....

WD mine started again just like yours stopped for 3 yrs once and 2 yrs the second time both just as you described it switched jobs one lil buzz thru the gas station and OH I CAN JUST HAVE ONE...n poof back full dip in my pie hole.
I worked in a hospital too I chose pouches and gutted it also.

IKD here is what worked for me here one we didn't quit we had STOPPAGES...if we quit we would be posting big numbers with the vets...

2 we are addicts the only difference between us and crack whores is legality.  You and I are addicts we will always be...

I did vascular studies on people all the time and knew as soon as a tobacco user came in the flow in their extremities would be reduced...I was doing these test with a cope pouch tucked neatly in my cake hole...

listen, learn, read, read, READ
pm me for digits if you get jammed up
oh yeah, I am absolutely the same....I had pouches in a plastic baggy that I kept in my scrubs (so no one would see the can) and would dip through the entire 12h shift, all while gutting the juices...I work in a step down Orthopedic Hospital PRN but my full time gig is as (wait for it)....a Psychiatric Nurse, one that deals with addictions on all levels....all along I am an addict as well....in fact I would lead groups in addiction recovery for the street drugs....all while I was sucking down the toxic nicotene of my Cope....sweet example, huh?....well I need to put my money where my mouth is and walk the walk...I am glad I am here....

That was a long pause for all those years, but you didn't quit until today. Congrats. Hopefully you've read a bunch of stuff already, if not, start with the Salmon Colored "Welcome Center" at the top. Read about What and why we post roll and then how to do it. Once you post roll you'll get a lot of support.
Thank you my friend.... I will do just that....

No, not kidding....when I quit before I did on sheer willpower, with no support....I just did....this time around I have a hard time explaining it....I went to pay for gas and wound up buying a can, and resumed the habit....but I want it out of my life for good, and I truly do need some support getting it done....truth is ugly but it is the truth none the less....

Hello Everyone....
Yep, I am a two time quitter of chew....I was successful in quitting this habit cold turkey back in 2002, the unbelievably I restarted in 2011...when I changed careers and became a Nurse of all things....I knew and know better but restarting hooked me again on a can per day Copenhagen Pouch habit....I chewed all day and gutted the juice, all while caring for severely ill people.....I had realized my dreams of becoming a Nurse yet let myself and my family down by starting up again....so far my health remains intact, but I have had chronic heartburn at the end of each day most likely because I swallowed the juices all day long...I have quit before but I need all the support I can get now....the mental addiction is as bad as the physical....thanks for listening....
WTF!!HTF!!Did you have any sort of support before? You gotta give me something to work with here.9 EFFIN years clean and back on the Nic TITTIES!!Really are you fucking 'Crazy' 'Crazy' 'Crazy'
