Thank you guys! just before the new year I spit my last dip out and threw my can in the trash, turned around and kissed my girl and said "thats the last time you will ever taste that shit!". I did a post roll (hope i did it right) and please dont "chew" my ass if I miss a day since im not always able to get online but I will do my best! You wanna play with the big boys, you post roll EVERY DAY. You can do that by picking up a few cell phone numbers of people in your group. They can post roll call for you if you text them. You've been stuffing cancer shit in your face for 10years. What are you willing to do to stay quit? To what lengths would you go to protect that quit? Are you willing to develop a brotherhood with other quitters? Are you willing to text others who understand what you're going through? Are you willing to set your alarm 5mintues early?

Your story sounds a lot like mine. Congratulations on making the best decision of your life. You are right, things will be hard, but it is worth it to be free of nicotine/tobacco.
