Welcome in bro. I chewed for 25 years too. Quit in April '13 and it was the best/hardest damn thing I ever did for myself.

About roll... Don't try to post every day. DO it everyday. This is your touchstone ~ your lifeline. The addict in you will want to stop after awhile... Don't listen to it. Creating a foundation of accountability begins with that DAILY roll post from you. I say it all'a time, get involved and stay involved. Freedom is the payoff... It's pretty damn cool.
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.

Kicking the can
« on: January 27, 2015, 10:12:00 AM »
Hey guys. I'm new to the site and was referred by a buddy who has stopped chewing. I've been chewing for the past 25 years on and off. Probably have stopped 100 times and always seem to pick it back up (mostly due to stress). Well, today I'm kicking the can and WILL stop for the last time.

I've been reading around the website and appreciate all the work you guys do. The "top 100 benefits for quitting dip" is hilarious. I can relate to so many of these and thought a few only pertained to me. Funny how we all react to this crap and do the same thing.

Anyways, I'll try to post to the roll call every day. Last chew was last night around 10:00 PM. Tossed all my cans away this morning (in trash cans I can't go back to). Here we go...
