Jack, great to see you on roll! ask questions in the group, keep a sling in chat too. You can do this!

Hey,

Welcome Jack,

Your quit date will put you in the May 2017 Quit group. You can post roll there. You should post role everyday and post early. Read everything you can on the site. It helps. Find some support partners to help you out. I am on day 42, it does get better. You just have to quit one day at a time. If you need some digits for support, then mine are just a PM away.

Be tough and stay quit!

Hey guys,

My name is Jack and I quit on 2/17/17 around 8:00pm. That makes 11 days as of this evening. I have already received so much support through the chat function of this website, and am excited to fully be a member and dive headfirst into the KTC lifestyle and mindset.

A little bit about me: I began chewing my sophomore year in highschool when I was 16, although I was not chewing heavily until freshman year in college (around 1 tin a day). I am now a senior in college, and in the last year I have tried to quit so many times I have lost count. The longest I made it was 9 days - so I am currently on a record streak which I intend to never let up on. It has been hard as hell so far, but I am determined to stick this out and commit myself to being nicotine free one day at a time.

Outside of chewing, I love sports - soccer, lacrosse, squash, spikeball, you name it. Play the guitar, love video games.

Peace, happy quitting, and God bless.

-Jack
