Nothing to be afeared of. I was anxious as hell when I first quit. I lived with a dip in 24/7 365 days a year.
I post roll every day and make that promise to my brothers that I will not ingest nicotine.

I quit with you today. The first week is a sumbitch but they get better. One day at a time.

Hi, guys I have been reading over this website since yesterday, and I want to quit this shit. I have been dipping since I was 15 years old and I am now 25yrs old.
