I joined 95 days ago! And yes....you came to the right place! Learn to post roll call......keep your word!

Proud to be quit with you today.

First 5 days are going to suck big time......embrace the suck and remember how terrible it feels......it will keep you quit later on down the road! I don't want to go through that again!

Welcome and Congrats on making the best decision ever!

Post roll every day and repeat.

Nothing to be afeared of. I was anxious as hell when I first quit. I lived with a dip in 24/7 365 days a year.
I post roll every day and make that promise to my brothers that I will not ingest nicotine.

I quit with you today. The first week is a sumbitch but they get better. One day at a time.

Hi, guys I have been reading over this website since yesterday, and I want to quit this shit. I have been dipping since I was 15 years old and I am now 25yrs old. I do not want to die or develope cancer. I pray to God that I haven't developed anything already. I'm needing support and I hope I've come to the right place thanks.
