I have tried this 100's of times before but I'm going to give it another shot. I tried it yesterday and made it 6 hours before I broke down and bought another can. I originally started dipping to get away from cigarettes and I thought it would be a smooth, easy transition to quitting tobacco completely. That was around 6 years ago and obviously there was no transition to quitting.

I have 2 Skoal mint flavored pouches left and I don't want to buy another can. I want to be rid of this habit so bad!

Well, here I go again. Who knows, maybe this will be the time I actually pull it off.
Sorry to be a ballbuster but until you change your outlook you won't be successful.

You don't "give it another shot". You have to make a DECISION to quit. It's not something that you "try". As the wise green one says... "Do or do not, there is no try."

With the semantics out of the way, when you're ready, we're here to help. We won't coddle you and tell you it'll be easy cause it won't. You're going to fucking hate life for a while. But I can promise you this...

Being free is TOTALLY worth what you're about to go through.

So... when you're ready to put "maybe this time I'll actually pull it off" behind you I'll say WELCOME.

Let's get to quittin!
