Ya, it is bringing the suck, but I'm not grinding my teeth, banging my head against the wall, or balled up on the floor in the fetal position, yet. Everyone has a different experience. I had about a can a day of Cope LC for probably 10 years . . more or less. At some point I graduated to that from Lancaster.
My point is, you've used much longer. You may walk away from it with relative ease, though it seems there are not many who do that.
I think I've had it easier than some. I was physically ill the first day. Stomach, fever, then sweats, horrible sleeping. Day 2 on was just a matter of keeping the craves at bay which seem to lessen every day.
I'm not sure I've experienced the "fog" that seems so common . . at least nothing like what some folks describe.
Water works. Gum works. Atomic fireballs work. Sunflower seeds work. THIS SITE WORKS. And, if you must, Smokey Mtn Wintergreen works (a little TOO well IMO) to keep your mouth occupied.
