I am quitting dippin for the last time. I can't continue the path I was on. I chewed for about 10 years solid, stopped chewing a couple times during that period. I kept chewing for another few years and stopped for longer times but always went back to the can. I have now officially QUIT, not stopped, but QUIT. I am so done with this shit having a grip on me, my health and my wallet!! This feels so different and I am so glad to have found this site!!
