Hello sir. My name is Michael, and I'm an addict.

I've supported several guys from other lands. One from Canada, one from Poland, one from India. Only the Canadian followed the plan. Only the Canadian posted roll every day. Only the Canadian shared contact information (text or email info). Only the Canadian made sure that his name was in roll daily. And of the 3 - only one is still quit. Guess which one...

I think the language, the time zones, and the low tobacco price overseas are some of the contributors.... But it is hard for everyone. You know what you have to do to quit. This is yours to win or lose. Join us. Post roll. Now.

Welcome sahil,
Just know that you are the man for stepping up to the plate to quit. You have to eventually, either by death or choice, glad to see you made it by choice. Now keep active on roll and reach out to any of these men and women (myself included) for help. I'm a newbie myself and i can tell you first hand the guys on ehere have an abundance of knowledge that will see you through the darkest of times.
Stay quit brother.

Welcome, Sahil. Please read the Welcome page and then Post Roll. This video explains how to do it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmDgTPJ6HyM

If you have trouble at first Posting Roll... don't get discouraged. You are likely feeling foggy from the withdrawals already. You will catch on, and don't worry about screwing up the first few times. Feel free to PM me if you still are having issues.

Just curious.... what are you going to do differently this time than all the past failed attempts?

The Final Attempt
« on: December 21, 2015, 12:51:00 PM »
After numerous failed/half hearted attempts at quitting, I have finally set my heart and mind to getting rid of this life destroying addiction. I have been smoking/dipping for a good 10+ years. Each time I tried to quit, I failed. Looking back at each of those times that I failed, I did learn a few lessons. Unfortunately, the addiction ruled and those hard learned lessons were never put to any use.

I am from India and recently I got an opportunity to visit the USA. This visit was for the purpose of meeting our client. This trip is what made me realize that I couldn't lie to myself any longer. This addiction had ruined me and I desperately needed to get at war with myself and get rid of the addiction.

I felt ashamed of myself - unhealthy, stained teeth, bloodshot eyes, bad breath, no stamina, etc, etc, etc. This wasn't the way I ever pictured myself to turn out. I needed to change, and for that, first I needed to beat the addiction.

Three days ago on the 19th of Dec, I finally just stopped, both smoking and dipping. It's been a crazy few days, but I am feeling proud of myself. Came across this website and felt further inspired.
