8:54 posted roll. Day 10. Double digits.
Congrats on the Double D's! You're in my quit group and I'm proud to quit with you! Feel free to hit me up on a PM for digits. The fog came back with a vengeance for me, so don't be afraid to reach out. Having an outlet was critical to my quit! Keep on rocking brother!
Thanks man! And congrats to you on making it even further than I have. We're gonna kick this shit to the curb together, ODAAT.

Ok rugby you sound like a winner. I like winners. Two things:
1- this is a horrible addiction, not a habit.
2-We don't depend on luck. We just get it done with brotherhood and accountability ODAAT!

Now post roll Early EDD ODAAT.
Get numbers and give your number to others, sounds stupid but trust me extremely important. Own your quit and above all don't ever be afraid or to proud to ask for help! Quit on you badass!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Been posting roll every day, but I have to get better about doing it first thing. I know, WUPP, right? I'll get there. The first few days were easier than I thought. The last 5 not so much. I guess the first 3 days it was novel, but then wow, trigger after trigger: thanksgiving (lots of food), football, long plane ride, late night long drive alone, more football. I realized how much this crap consumed me. Everything I do reminds me of it. I have not allowed myself to step foot inside a store that sells it. Keeping the temptation away. I will again, but not now.

Thank you all for the welcome and the support.
You made sure you put a fatty in your lip first thing in the morn, right? well, make sure you post first thing. The point of posting that promise first thing is just that...It's a promise for the day. What good is a promise for the day if it's at the end of the day? I am 189 days clean and have never posted past 10AM. No excuses. If you're not near a computer, text your promise to a buddy.
Just one is right back to where you were and where you were was desperately wishing you were where you are now.- Via Flip

Great decision! Welcome and great job making the effort to get on roll in the blog with the site being down. Posting roll is key. Nice job.

Welcome. Your group is Feb '17. Post roll, that's the backbone of the site and the price of admission to this otherwise free resource.

Proud to quit with you.

Hello everybody! I've been dipping for 27 years on and off. But the last 20 years have seen me go to a can a day most of the time. I've had enough. It's a stupid habit I started as a teenager and I plan to win this battle against the can. I had my last dip on 11/20/2016 at 3:15 PM Eastern. I got out of the car at the airport with family to go on a 4.5 hour plane ride and dumped the can in the trash. That was a tough flight. But I made it and have made it this entire trip so far. I've enjoyed all the info and stories on here. It's been really helpful. Good luck to all of you still fighting to quit and thanks for all the support you may not have realized you've already given me.
November 20.... the day the website was started. Good choice.

Happy thanksgiving bro! Post roll and join us.
