Yesterday at 10:30 am was my last chew of skoal. It has been challenging, to say the least, but at 6pm this evening I went to get some milk at the store and found some scraps from a can in the car. I threw that shit in my lip and immediately felt like a failure. So I am once again starting over.....I used to think I could just cut down and eventually stop but I always failed with that approach.

Quitting is more important than ever to me now. It's nice to know that others understand the strength of this addiction and how challenging it will be.
How many more scraps are you going to find? How many more final cans are you going to buy? Is quitting really "more important than ever" to you?

One of the the things you'll find in here is that "starting over" isn't very popular. We start once and quit. Period. Full stop. You apparently didn't have enough fortitude/commitment to quit yesterday. Do you have that now?

Go to the WELCOME CENTER link (upper left in red) and read all about posting roll. Your PRE HOF Group will be May 2012. But before you go there to post roll, understand this: When you do post roll you are giving your word that you will not use nicotine in any form for that day. Are you willing to make and keep such a promise?

It's entirely possible. Many of us have quit in just this way. So you can do it too! Your life is worth it!

Also read everything under this link KillTheCan.org. Information is power.

Your decision to quit is good; Don't screw it up by getting into this half-heartedly.
