Might throw down some Advil  Bayer while your at it. I think most of my calories came from those two my first month or so.

How to Post ROLL CALL - Roll Call Instructions
Step 1 - Find the last Roll Call
Step 2 - Hit the "Quote" button in the upper right hand corner.
Step 3 - Click your mouse ANYWHERE in The bottom Box
Step 4 - Hit Ctrl and "A" at the Same time so it looks like THIS
Step 5 - Hit Ctrl and "X" at the same time so there is NOTHING in Either Box
Step 6 - Click your mouse in the TOP BOX
Step 7 - Hit Ctrl and "V" at the same time to Past the info into the top box AND ADD YOUR info to the bottom of the list
Step 8 - Hit ADD REPLY below the bottom box
Step 9 - Go back to the 1st unread post, pat yourself on the back, and have a beer cause you will not be dipping today.

Welcome.....i just turned 43 and haven't had any nicotine in 420 days for the first time since i was 13......my oldest son just turned 13......when i look at him and realize that i had been playing russian roulette for almost 30 years.....it scares the hell outta me.

This place will definitely work. Read and learn...tons of good info and more importantly experience posted here. You will NOT face anything that hasn't been faced before by someone on this site....yeah, that includes cancer...(ask ODT)

My name is Mike and I am in the 2nd morning of my quit after disposing of all product (Skoal Original) around 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 23. 'bang head' I am 39.

Good luck to all who are fighting this battle. I know we can do this. I'm pumping the Dentyne Ice like a fiend, straws, toothpicks, whatever.
