Michael,, I noticed your roll post, that is great!! I'm so glad to see someone at such a young age quit. I figure I spent well over 20,000 dollars from your age until mine. It was probably more than that,, I just can't bare to figure any higher. It hurts to bad!! All that money was spent on something that wanted nothing but my freedom, time, and dignity.

All I can do is hope that I stopped in time to save my life.

All the while it gave nothing in return. Remember that when the craves come, nicotine does nothing for you but take, take, take. I'm glad to be quit with you.

Michaelw...all the tools you need to KTC are at your fingertips. Access them everyday. The secret to your quit will be your choice. Each day choose honor and brotherhood over nicotine. Promise these men you will not ingest nicotine in any form for the day. Don't look ahead, and don't look behind. Choose to stay quit today. Post up with August 13. One day at a time.

Man this is your chance. I am newly quit 10 days. You are lucky you found this site. Go to the welcome center figure out how to post roll. Do it. Then we will quit together from here.

Hi Everyone, today is the day. I just found this site and it is exactly what I needed.

My name is Michael and I am 23 years old and have been dipping since I was 16. I am engaged to a beautiful young lady and will be getting married in December. This is for her (and me of course).
