My advise is to read as much as you can on this site, starting with the welcome center and learning how to post roll. I'll link January 2015 page for you.

My name is Christopher Perez have been dipping for 10 years now I'm 26 years old married with 2 kids. Been wanting to quit for 3 years now tried and no success. Want to do it again and I feel that today is the day to that and hope that this site will give the help I need. Any advice or anything will help thanks.
