Struggling some brothers. End of day 1. Like emotional feel like such a sissy. But just randomly cried for no reason. That normal? Or am I just a wuss?
Normal. Your goal is to win, minute by minute. Crying is ok. Poisoning yourself is not. You are taking your life back in a war against a formidable enemy. There are tears in wars. You are winning battles every minute.

You can do this. You are doing this. Life is more important than a plant in a can. You are taking the first steps toward freedom. And you won't believe how sweet freedom is, because it's been do long since you've seen it.

You might be feeling messed up today, but today is the best day you've had in a lot of years. Today is yours. Keep fighting bud... I have yet to see a single person say "man I wish I'd never quit." Just typing that is illogical!!!!

My number is in a pm to you. Nice work today.

I'm 32. Married. A high school teacher. 1 3 year old girl and another girl on the way. This quit is for me. But it's also for them. One day I will walk them down the isle. God grant me the strength to overcome my weakness for this addiction.
