That being the case, I guess it's not surprising that he caved. Probably could have seen this one coming.

ANSWER THE THREE QUESTIONS then get on with posting day 1 and starting over. Do something different this time Andrew if you want to succeed. Get involved with your new quit group.

Bump to the top. You posted you caved in the July board, do we get an explanation? Do we get Day 1, or the 3 questions answered? Or is it we battled together in July for 100+ days, you praise God daily, but you had a bad weekend and now you are done? You owe us more than that Andrew.

Awesome to see you post today Andrew! Let's keep it up, we got this on lock down!

Actually it is even more than willpower. This site will help you develop a better understanding about how little nicotine did for you. Actually it never did ANYTHING good for you. It is all just a bullshit lie, and we played the sucker. This site will also help you develop a hatred for UST and nicotine in general.

Buckle down for day 4, it is a rough one, but you can do it.

Welcome to day 3! The nicotine is almost out if your system for the first time in a hell of a long time! The physical symptoms will leave, and as long as you post your promise, keep your word, and lean on the brotherhood you can overcome the mental games. Congratulations on 2 strong days of winning. The gain is very very worth the pain.

Welcome aboard Andrew. This war has lots of ups and downs but you don't have to battle it alone. We are all addicts and are in the same war, some of us have already fought the battles your in now and are here to give you a hand just as there are those that have fought the battles I'm fighting. Check your inbox (1) I left you my #. The brotherhood is a very powerful tool in winning.

Andrew,
My name is Andrew also, and I am a middle school teacher. I won't wish you luck because we don't need luck to kick the addiction. We need will-power. Stay strong and take it one day at a time. If you need anything, pm me.

Andrew, Let it suck right up to the point you can't take it anymore. (I will get back to this point). You need to remember this. You need to etch this sucky feeling into your brain so that you will never want to go through it again. You know they say we Americans have a short memory and I agree. We need to be more aware of the episodes in our lives and not discount them so quickly. So, back to my point. Let it suck right up to the point where you can't take it anymore. Right to the edge and then............It's all up to you and what you choose to do with it. I got pissed, I was pissed that I let something control me. I was pissed that I was having to fight for my life against something that I welcomed in. That's hard because you first have to admit that you were wrong, and none of us want to do that. Then you have to admit you are an addict. Then, you can submit to that addiction and go back or you can get pissed and win. You make the decision, just you, not us, wife, kids, preacher, or anybody else. This is a soul embracing moment and it may happen dozens of times. You must win each time. We here at KTC have been there, and we will give guidance, encouragement, and sometimes a little piss and vinegar but we all want you to stay quit. It is so nice when you break through the virginity of a quit.

Struggling some brothers. End of day 1. Like emotional feel like such a sissy. But just randomly cried for no reason. That normal? Or am I just a wuss?
Ahhhh, the realization that the bitch had us pussywhipped. The farther you separate yourself from her, the uglier she becomes. You're letting go of something that was a huge part of your life. The mistress is there no more. Emotional swings are normal. Hang in there. You got this.

First couple of days of my quit, my emotions were all over the place also. Pretty much back to normal by day 5. I'd say what you are going thru is normal. You can do this!! Stay quit.
