Joe, proud to quit with you brother. I think you will be a great asset to the Foggy Roll bumpers. If you need anything, just shoot me a PM. I'll even share digits if you want!

Quit on! 'oh yeah'

Welcome, and good to see you post roll right away! Get to know your fellow quitters, share digits with them, build a network to support your quit. That will be especially helpful later as complacency sets in and allows the addiction to woo you once again.

Glad to quit with you today.

Thank you!

My Introduction
« on: January 08, 2016, 08:19:00 PM »
My name is Joe, and I took my last dip in Jan. 5, 2016. So as I write this, it's my third day of being tobacco free. I have dipped for the better part of 20 years, which is half of my life. The last time I quit (July 2013-August 2014) I made it almost 14 months and wow do I regret the day I thought I could bum a dip from my friend and not go back. I consider myself a smart person, but that was definitely a dumb decision because I have been dipping again up until this past Tuesday night.
Quitting is important to me. It is time to be healthy. I'm glad I found this site, knowing that I can get some help while also help others.

Thanks for your time,
Joe
