Hey Matt,

You have made a great dicision to quit. I'm on day 63 and I guarantee your life will be much better. The grass is sooo much greener on this side brother. Here are a few things that will help you.
Water
running
gum
reading hall of fame speeches
being active on the site
getting to know other quitters
supporting new quitters

Trust me...if I can do it, you can do it.

Welcome Matt, like traumagnet said, start by reading through all the threads in the welcome center if you haven't done that yet. Sounds like you want to quit, that's a must. Now it's time to find out how much you want to quit, the next few days will suck, push through because the freedom is worth the pain. Shoot me a pm if I can be of any help with your quit. Glad to see you here, good choice!

Quit yesterday
« on: May 20, 2013, 05:50:00 AM »
Hey group, I just quit yesterday, so today, going back to work, could be rough. I'm going to drink more water, going for a run in a few minutes (didn't last night but planned this delayed run).

I decided to quit using the dip because to be honest I'm working through some mood problems and it is interfering. I don't know if I'm really up, down, or sideways because the dip always makes me up when I use and down when I don't. Let's see what's underneath all that crap, sorry it's going to be rough today but also OK.
