I can't tell you how proud I am after your cave how you manned up and got your ass back in here and quit. Per said there was nothing September could learn from you. I put my neck out and backed you as did Jake. You proved us right. Thank you for being a bad ass. I quit with you because your a man of quit! Congrats on 100 days you fucking bad ass!!!!!!!!

Choo Choo, chugga chugga, Choo Choo........ We are now headed over to pick up no one other than a married man with 3 offspring, going by the stage name of Mattf in Kentucky. He started dipping at the age of 20 and used Skoal, Grizzly mint, wintergreen, but said "they all taste like shit!" LMAO.
In an emergency he wants us to contact the University hospital trauma, Louisville. That wouldn't have anything to do with a guy that drives a dodge truck would it?? (Trauma)????
The only thing this guy does inappropriate is drink too much damn coffee. Well... once he is all hyped up I bet he does some other shit he just doesn't realize is inappropriate. The craziest thing this quitter claims responsibility for is filling out a bubble sheet with a pen instead of a #2 pencil! Seriously???
When asked what he plans to do to celebrate his 100 days of quit? He simply said "Say thanks and keep going ODAAT!" Oh yea quit on bro..... Quit on!!!! He said he will sign up for 200 and won't miss any days, ever for any damn reason. In fact he gave me his word that unless he was in a coma he would not miss a single day out to 200. Wow bro what a commitment. I proudly stand next to you in quit!!!!
His favorite team is U of L - he is loyal after going there 8 years but wouldn't tell us what he did for a living. You a proctologist Matt???? 8 years is enough time to.... I'm just saying........ Well you do text me a lot late at night bro!!! Lmao.
He drives an F150, and WTF ever a Kia Rio. ¡Olé! is. What the hell is that??
Matt said that the August Badass HOF group, Frazz, iiphilizter, and sportsfan are all inspiring and have helped him. I would like to say you have been very inspiring to my quit bro with all those bad ass text you send me. I really appreciate it Matt.
And then this compliment below to Jake and I.
"Thanks you guys are doing a hell of a job with the train!" Get on the train I have been waiting on your ass.... or .... well... Is that a bad choice of words to use with a proctologist? Joke LMAO. Matt I am as proud as I can possibly be to say I quit with you, you have earned this train ride please step aboard. Erussell.
congrats Mattf proud of you. theirs no magic pill at 100 that make you cured from nicotine so keep posting those one day at a time  paying it forward  back. i quit with you

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.

I quit today! Tip for would be cavers: PM me / text before you do it or you'll get posts like this in your intro thread (well deserved I would add).

Another tip: don't think about doing a planned cave, the excuse that you're not going to post tomorrow because your going to use has already been tried. Come back here any time you want to see the results.

Do NOT fuck over the guys and gals on here who are trying to help you! Make your promise first thing every day. Keep your promise. Ban the shit. Burn the bridge. Slam the door. Burn the boats. Never again. For ANY reason. Not once.

You got numbers? Use them!

Welcome back!  Glad to see you posted roll!  We support you in September.  Teach those new guys by your example!
Thanks Jake I'll be a bad ass supporter and soon to be not jerk. It's weird to me that leaving my bad ass pre hall of fame group would bother me but I took everything /everyone for granted so there I am. The September dudes I think are going to pass me over to Oct.
You don't get passed to October.
You fall to it, and I don't want to see you in any other group (except to visit and support).
In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I get to go down this path one time, I want to do it right. I recognize that my word, my integrety to you is on the line and is only as good as my actions. Caving is not an option in this plan-Eafman 7/11

I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11

Glad to see your back...learn from it help others to learn from it...be more active give out your number to your group...keeping your number away from your group left the bridge up...you got to burn that fucker down and as I have seen on here you gotta burn the pilings too. You can for a moment leave yourself wiggle room you like me are an addict...Like a newbie Dougie did yesterday when he found a can of dip on his run he crushed it into the ground so he wouldnt be tempted...

PM if you need anything....you got to own this...hiding didnt get you shit yesterday but a thread a mile long....all you had to do was pull that trigger and call somebody...instead of beating yourself up buying what 3 more cans...
I thought I was smart and knew how to do this but it looks like what I knew was how to speed up my ultimate demise. I value life more than that but I'll tell you I use the word humble a lot because I'm Mr. Pride and humble is what I need more of. Thanks man I'm starting to get it.

Matt from this point forward no more humbleness. Reach out and get some numbers in your quit group and give yours out to a few guys, your goal is at least 5 hopefully ten. Get in here and invest yourself into the program more. make it damn near impossible to fail by being so involved too many quitters would notice cave signs even before you begin to crave. You've got my and Jakes number thats a good start, we will both be looking in on you. Don't be affraid to reach out to us. And damn it from this point forward no more humbled Matt, your a bad ass so hold your head up high, own this quit like you mean it bro. You be proud of yourself today, I am proud to quit with you today!
Good job Matt. I know i was a little harsh when you caved. I just wanted you to Get it. Matt,, you are a slave to the poison No more. Get your head right brother. This is your life, and you are worth it. Your worth the withdraws, the craves and everything else that comes with quitting. Digg deep brother because it is so worth it. I can't tell you how much better i feel at day 111. Next time you are having a rough time brother,, ask yourself. AM I WORTH IT. THEN YOU CALL ME AND I'LL SET YOU STRAIGHT. My number will be in your inbox. I quit with you.
Thanks srans this day was strange in many ways but I'll remember it. Never too old to learn your lesson
