Quitting is not easy, but it is simple.
There are going to be some real shitty days ahead. You'll have to deal with the brain fog, anxiety, anger, possibly depression, a sense of loss, and and tons of other difficult side affects. Knowing this is normal going into your quit will help you as these symptoms come and go. Coming here, posting roll, making friends, and sharing your experiences will help. The simple part is something you will have to do. Do not put nicotine in your system. Period. No dip, no chew, no snus, no cigs, no cigars, no patch, no gum.
