I guess it was too hard for her...
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

I hate to burst your bubble but... don't count on this.

It isn't on God to fix what you did to yourself. His role in all this is leading you to KTC. Earning your freedom requires a price to be paid. Breaking the cycle of addiction means... it sucks. Hard. Withdrawal happens and you need to go through it in order to truly appreciate being free. It needs to suck so bad you'll remember it forever and NEVER want to put yourself through this again.

Get yourself involved here... it works.

DAAAAAYYYUUUMMM.........AppleJack throwin down the TRUTH!!!! Like he said, its up to YOU.

Welcome lady dipper. First and foremost, go to the welcome center learn how to post roll and get it done. Don't wait. Come back in here let everyone know your on roll and the advice will start flowing. The price for admission is roll posting, do that and edd and you will never be alone! I quit with you today! Remember we're all addicts here just like you!

Today is the first day of the rest of my life. I am quiting so I can be around to see my grandkids grow up and have my great-grandkids! I am a diabetic, and undergoing tests now for heart disease. I quite smoking when I was diagnosed with COPD 8 years ago. I have been a slave to nicotine for 35 years and its time to stop! Thank You all in advance for your support. I trust God fully to deliver me from the cravings, and help me get past this without a lot of physical withdrawals!
Welcome to KTC! 35 years of nicotine is quite a lot (I did that all with copenhagen). However you will soon be feeling the freedom. By the time I got to 100 days, my cholesterol, triglycerides, and BP were back to healthy levels from not good pre-quit. A couple pointers for here:

drink lots of water / cranberry juice to wash the nicotine out of your system (takes about 3 days)
exercise (even a long walk helps)
read the good words in Hall of Fame speeches and Words of Wisdom for inspiration.

be active in your group, in Chat and quit hard!
