Today is day 4 of the quit. Really tough weekend. Saturday night I felt sick to my stomach, chills, had the shits, almost felt like throwing up. Is this normal from the withdraws?
Yep, sounds pretty normal. I'm on day 9, the fog has pretty much lifted, though the rage and cravings are still here ..... each person goes thru detox a little differently, around day 4 or 5, my mouth started killing me.

Stay strong man. The answer is yes. You will experience a whole list of things. A lot of them are listed here.

Just embrace it man. You spent how ever many years poisoning yourself. Your body has to re-wire itself, literally. It's going to do and feel crazy for a while. Just know, this is all part of the healing process. It's good stuff. Be proud. Day 4 is awesome. The nicotine is out of your system. Now it's just a head game.
What is your major malfunction?!?!?!?!

ok, first, welcome! second, i am going to talk like a vet here after all of a week BUT, remove the "i hope of many days without chew" and change it to I know i will NEVER have another chew. Because you cant. 13 years of the shit has proven that addiction.... dont leave doubt or wiggle room cause the nic bitch can slide right into those cracks in your mind.....

I was out on google looking for ways or helpul links to quit chewing. I came across this site and was intrigued. I have been chewing since the age of 15 and am now 28. I need to stop for myself, my family, and my health. Today is my 1st day of many more to come I hope with no chew. This morning has already sucked.
Congrats brother. We are in the same Quit Group. Keep it up...the guys and gals on this site are very supportive and I have already gotten a few suggestions from members. It is a great support network....
