I'm 469 days clean and I know you can do this if I can. I dipped for around 25 years and attempted to quit probably twice each year.

Get into your quit group and start posting roll and building some accountability.

Hi, newbie here...Been dipping since 13, I'm 45 now. Been through the gambit of products but was using Grizzly Long cut Mint last 3 years. I quit 12 days ago and have been using Jakes Mint Chew/Straight mint and it's terrible... dry, no flavor, no pack. Anyone have a good suggestion? Thanks!

I've been having success with Smokey Mountain so if you haven't tried that already I recommend giving that a go
