Agred Pab, You're doing great. Keep bringing the enthusiasm. Easiest way to quit is to help others quit.
Got a good friend of mine names Michael joining in the morning that's frigging awesome! I would like to make a challenge to all brothers to get at least 1 person they know to join up with us! Word of mouth is awesome!
Nice job. Remember that the one person you need to focus on right now is YOU! Helping others is great but be sure to focus on YOU today. Your quit is top priority today.

Hey brothers! Day 27 feeling awesome! Every time I get a little to cocky in my quit I come to ktc and read! Back to earth, hello your a damn addict and you always will be! But now I'm trying stay ahead of the nic bitch instead of her being one step ahead of me! I'm man enough to admit I could not make it without this place! I do feel strong bond with all you guys and don't really know shit about you other than your addicts and by golly I guess that's enough! We all want the same thing and there's not a person here that can't have it.....Freedom! Stay quit my brothers we got this shit!

You can add Mogul in here as a supporter Pab. I'm not much around these days except my quit group but have lately been back to throw some support around. Let me reassure you that time does indeed cure all. I'm still an addict but the addiction is so far buried that I rarely even think of it. I was a 23 year user of 1+ cans a day. Keep up the fight because you must win EVERY time. Just one pinch of that poison and you are right back where you were before KTC. Don't ever give in.

Thanks mogul don't think any of us could ever have to much support! I quit with you brother!

pab, I just read your intro, and great job fighting for your life! You are far enough into your quit that there is no reason to turn back now! You can quit every day. Still have a hard quit in front of you, but it is nothing you cannot handle, and I'll let you in on a little secret: it gets so much better! All you have to do is fight for it. PM me if you need another #.

Never thought a whole lot about till I started reading a lot of different stories its amazing how much we all sound alike! Read just a few minutes ago about someones wife not helping with there quit I never thought much about it before but mine if anything is a huge hindrance and really don't give a shit! Just checking in my brothers. Most important thing you cando today is stay quit!

Day 18 the support is over whelming! Mostly vets but some youngins to! I have so much faith in getting this done! I'm 50 years old dipped 38 of that I hate that bi%$h! Had a massive heart attack july 7 2013. No high blood pressure no cholestrol problems. So I'm asking questions! Fat cat heart specialist (good guy) finally says dipping makes your blood pressure sky rocket peaks then level back off. He says dip caused blood pressure sky rocket right timing for stress heart attack. How much I love the nic 1 and half years later after almost took my life I quit! Just a thought guys that's some bad shit! Nobody tells you that shit when you paying that 5 dollars for that death in a can! 3 grown kids 5 grandkids!
Fuck Big Tobacco. They are Death Dealers. And they know it. And they Don't care.
