Congrats on a great choice, Bubba. Three days is HUGE...and you're only complaint is that you can't focus?!!! You're a machine. I guess you're taking the no sleep, constipation, white-knuckle, anxiety and irritabilty in stride.

Bubba click on the pinkish WELCOME CENTER on the top left of the screen. You will find all the basic info there.
My first attempt at posting roll was in the midst of the fog too. Took me a ridiculously long time. Trust me, it will become second nature.

Hey buba, welcome aboard. Did you post roll? It is late... I looked... may have missed it. But I could not find your name anywhere.... Get up to the Welcome Center and read about posting roll and why we do it. This is the most important thing you can do daily. It is you commitment to be nic free and you are committing to everyone on this site. The key is nic free. Cold turkey brother.

You can do this! We quit ODAAT  that is the only way. Post roll  let's get this quit going!

Welcome Bubba! Good to see all the new guys come out for your thread, but it won't be long  there'll be a veteran along with much better advice. All I know is fight through it one day at a time,  the +1s will add up with a little bit of healing each day. It does get better than the fog at the start,  I'm told (day 38 here) it gets alot better yet to come!

One more thing Bubba, read everything you can on this forum and also on the main site, then read it again. Great literature and should get you pumped up to win this battle. One day at a time (ODAAT) ----- live this motto!!

Welcome Bubba! If you really want to quit you came to the right place. Make sure you post roll first thing tomorrow (see "Welcome Center" in pink top left of screen for details).

We'll hold you accountable and you be damn sure to do the same for us. That's how we're going to make it, just ask the vets. Those guys have 1000's of days nic free because they used teamwork to whip that nic whore back.

Be your quit and let us help in any way you need it. PM me if you want a number to call/text for the some support. AnythingI can do to help it's yours, just have to ask.

Great to have you here Bubba! I'm at the end of Day 3 myself so I know exactly what you are feeling. Read the intros on this page and sign roll in the mornings. We will be in the same class. Pledge everyday to quit the can and I'll quit with you. Pm me to chat at any time you feel a little uneasy. The advice with the fog? Hell I'm in it myself but a lot if water and exercising is really helping.

Hey people..my names bubba on my 3rd day dip free been readin on site bout the fog..thats what im in right now..feel like cant focus..it all be good tho the reward is grand just wish fog would lift
