Hey guys, I'm David. New to the site and new to "the quit". I'm 24 and know that I have plenty of life ahead of me and need to stop this killer addiction now before I regret it later. Cancer scares the crap out of me. I've been dipping on and off since I was 15 while playing sports and hunting/fishing. I'm an avid outdoorsman with many friends that dip. Sometimes I lack the willpower to stop for good, especially while being in those "dipping situations" and being around dipping friends. I'm here to see how everyone has done it and to support anyone who needs help along the way. I hope people will do the same for me. I'm making up my mind to quit for good and would love any tips and support while I start this journey to give up dip. Thanks for reading and for the future support!

Here is a tip;

spit it out, flush it, clean your car, beside your desk, get rid of the 4 or 5 empty bottles you save, and just quit.

I'm two days quit now. It sucks, come join me/us.
CC's got it right. Unless you are still flirting with the cancer queen, dump all of your nic crap down the toilet and post roll to never dip again. You are in the March '14 group. Look at the pinkish looking link that says welcome center at the top of this page. It actually is that simple. You will have a hard time, but it will be worth it!
