Good job QuentonC. You have to be fully on board to quit. You don't want the dip, the dip wants you. Fuck it. Let's do this together. I quit with you today. Fuck tomorrow. You can deal with tomorrow, tomorrow. But today you won't give in to the nic bitch.

If you don't want to quit...you will never quit. I have tried so many times. You have to take it one day at a time. I'm in Day 2 and I hate it. I know it will get better. This will be the hardest thing you will ever have to do. I have run a marathon and that was easy compared to quitting.

You posted roll, so you are nic free for the day. Don't hope to quit, just quit. Learn to hate this poison for what it is - a can of death. Quitting at 21 is a blessing, do it right, and never be like me in my early 40's...........a slave to a can. This site works, embrace it.

QuentonC intro
« on: January 05, 2016, 01:13:00 PM »
Hey guys,

Thought I would introduce myself, today is my third day of being nicotine free. I am going to be turning 21 and have been dipping for 3 years now. I tried quitting once about 6 months ago and made it to day 20, on that day however a number of runners on my team and me got hit by a car on our run. On my way to the hospital to see the others I broke and since then have only increased my dipping each week. I'm starting up again and hopefully doing a better job of it, joining this forum and including my roommates to help my go through the process. The hardest part so far is the fact that a part of me doesn't actually want to quit, I mean I guess that's what addiction is. I'm looking forward to the days ahead and truly being nicotine free. I quit with all of you today!
