Welcome to KTC......a few things

1. This is important to remember, we quit one day at a time or even one minute if needed. Don't worry about tomorrow or next week, just today, just this moment.

2. You/We are Nicotine Addicts and as such there is no such thing as "just one."

3. Post Roll  remember that is your word, our bond, KEEP IT!

4. Be vigilant in your quit, the Nic Bitch never sleeps, so you can't either.

5. KTC will save your life if you apply it. We are here with you in your quit and together we always win if the plan is followed!

I quit with you today Sir!

Thanks guys! Seeing all of this support is a great help, I have already opened my desk drawer where I used (that feels good to say) keep my can and it was hard to not see it there. But I threw in some bubble gum and got right back to work. I will have to post roll (not sure where to do that) but I am sure I will figure it out.

Thanks again!

Congrats and welcome to the family. If u need anything, just pm anyone on here.
You may not necessarily need the support, but others most definitely do. Be a shining beacon for others. Blaze the path for them to follow!!!

We all know how hard it is. The night I quit I cried as I opened and dumped my last 3 cans in the crapper. Main thing, post roll and keep your word. We only deal with today, no yesterday or tomorrow!

Welcome to the asylum.
agree with slug 100 percent. You are one of the few lately to say "fuck it" let's do this!!!! Everybody wants to wait til tomorrow. But not you brother. Way to be, now don't let that feeling of being proud of yourself leave. That is a win. You won today. Wake up tomorrow, get your ass on KTC and read. If you can't sleep tonight, get on the internet and read this site. Your wife might think your fooling around, but show her the spousal support link and she will go back to bed. Keep the quit riled up and the fight strong. We will be here each and every day you are here. Your quit has been documented thousands of times already on here. We Know What You are going through. Lets Quit.

Welcome to freedom....you will have to fight for it, but the folks here will help get you through it. My advice is to visit the chat room, post roll every damn day, and take it one day at a time! I'll quit with you!

You know what you are right, why not quit now! I just went to the bathroom, opened up my last can, dump all of it in, pissed all over it and flushed it away. I won't lie it was hard to do, but I already feel better about myself for doing it!
Put on your hard hat and try not to lick the windows. the next few days will be a bumpy ride, but YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

Well to whoever is out there, tomorrow is the day. I look forward to joining a quit group and doing this for real! I started chewing six years ago and have been unable to quit since the first dip. It is a part of my life that I am ready to leave behind. I have never told my wife I chew and hide it from everyone in my life besides my co-workers. I hope I will never have to go to the C Store again for a can and waste my money on this pathetic cancer can. All the support that seems to be on here will help greatly. Here is to tomorrow and a new life!
Q: Why not today? Please answer.
