So no roll call. Failed resolution so soon into the new year?
Posted roll today, ready to do it right. It's going to be bitch today, I have to drive an hour to pick up the kids, and driving alone is a big trigger. Got my trident and water handy though!
Good deal with the gum and water.

Get in the mindset to post roll first thing every morning. As soon as you can. Take nicotine off the table before you even start your day.

You can do this.
What is your major malfunction?!?!?!?!

Great decision to quit. This site will get you there if you use it and embrace the tools available. The program is pretty simple: Post roll everyday promising your quit group and the rest of the members you won't dip. Then don't dip. Repeat tomorrow.

You'll be in the April '15 quit group. Read the info at the Welcome Center, go post roll, and get started with the rest of your life.

Hi all,

I finally did it...I say 'finally' and the truth is I have quit before. But after 15 years on the shit I am going into day 7, already a couple of days longer than anytime before in the past 15 years. So far it has not been that bad, Christmas has kept me out of my routine and that has helped. I'm done being a sneaky little shit, I am done with feeling like I am failing my family and I am done buying the poison. I'll be back here and need all the help I can get!
WS, great decision to quit! have you posted roll yet? do it every day, that is our promise to ourselves and fellow quitters to not use nicotine.
Read everything on this site, there are a lot of challenges and struggles in quitting an addiction after 15 years, mostly likely one of the veteran quitters have some knowledge to share to help you through it.

Best decision you will ever make, I'm not even two weeks in but I know I will be accountable to fellow quitters one day at a time. When you wake up post roll, don't worry if you screw it up (I did), you'll figure it out. Get some digits, meet people in your quit group.
Be strong and stop being a slave to chew. Stop being dominated by the filthy shit.
Cheers
