So today I was in the area near my old workplace, went into the 7-11 after not being in there for 2 years, and the same cashier is there and says 'hey man long time no see' and reaches for the poison. I laughed, told him I don't work there anymore and I don't do that shit anymore. The ironic thing is that I got laid off from that job, workforce reduction but I'm sure disappearing a couple of times each day didn't help. I'm sure tough times are ahead but I am so damn glad I am done with this crap.
"I don't do that shit anymore" Great statement, keep saying it. Post roll first thing in the morning and tell yourself "I don't do that shit anymore".

I had the dull headaches as well. They'll go away eventually. Better to go through some withdrawal symptoms than to be staring at a jaw saw getting ready to cut half your face off.

Never again for any reason. Add that one to your quit repertoire as well.

Quit with you
Thanks man. The romanticizing it is gone and I really hate it.
GOOD! Too often people refuse to hate it. But you can't just hate dip. You have to hate nicotine. In. All. Forms. Nicotine is what we were addicted to and it's the force we fight against every day.

Hate dip; hate nicotine more.

Quit on.

Headaches are part of the deal right? I had a dull headache most of the day yesterday....I am actually getting a bit of a kick from the pains and withdrawl symptoms. It means I am getting better!

Good deal with the gum and water.

Get in the mindset to post roll first thing every morning. As soon as you can. Take nicotine off the table before you even start your day.

You can do this.
Thank you sir. Made it just fine today. No room in the car for the nic bitch.
