Ok, I am not judging you. I am just going to lay it out to you straight and honest. Your text is huge, huge addict talk. I should know, I am a drug addict. I am not surprised that on day 2 of your nicotine withdrawal you are stressed out. I am not surprised that when a sucky situation presented it self you are thinking. Damn, if I only had a dip. ADDICT. ADDICT. ADDICT. Coping with stress by ingesting nicotine. ADDICT. ADDICT. ADDICT.
I want you to do three things.
1. Read your ass off today. Hall of Fame speeches, words of wisdom and start with your group from the beginning. New groups are funny as hell. Notice that others that were on day 2 were fucking crazy? Yea, they are ADDICTS too.
2. If you have nothing to do today when you are not reading hang close the introductions. When new folks come in welcome them. Tell them you are on day two and become their quit buddy.
3. I want you to get a quit Sherpa. When you read, if you find someone that you kinda "get" send them a PM and ask for their number. Hell, you can ask me for my number.
I get it that things suck for you. Turn this into a great moment. The moment when things sucked but you rose above your circumstances and kicked the nic bitch to the gutter. You can do this. I know you can. I am not sure you know you can though. So lets review.
